Mina: "This result gives us tremendous strength for Thursday"

Santi Mina took his sixth brace of the season in Valencia CF's huge win over SD Huesca, and now has 12 goals for the season. The Galician striker started the game and provided a big influence, scoring twice and setting up his teammates.
He spoke after the final whistle to give his thoughts on the 2-6 win.
The result
"We knew that it was going to be a very complex game against opposition who needed to win. I think that we took things very seriously from the get-go. We went out there with ambition, the desire to score goals and respect for our opponents, and I think that in the end we were clearly superior. We keep fighting for our objective."
An ideal game ahead of the visit from Arsenal
"It's a very big morale booster, even though we know that the game against Arsenal is going to be tough. We know that we have many positive factors in our favour; Mestalla, the team's ambition, the fact that we got out of the dip at the start of the season together... I think that this gives us tremendous strength with which to go into Thursday. From the welcome that we're going to receive, until the 95th minute, we know that we will have plenty of chances to go through."
The team's current form
"We're fighting for a Champions League spot, to reach the final of the Europa League and to win the Copa del Rey, so we can't ask for more. This result is very good for us in terms of boosting our confidence and helping us to continue fighting, with Thursday in mind."
The elusive hat trick
"I always try to help the team with goals, assists and anything else that I can do. I'm happy with the two goals, and with having been able to help the team."
